At bikewina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
●    Items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
●    Products must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
●    Contact us at contact.bikewinashop@gmail.com or +441223501250 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.
●    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
●    Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
●    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
●    If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
●    Opened or used consumable products.
●    Custom or personalized items.
